Product Details

SikaLatex® SBR is a synthetic rubber emulsion that improves the bonding and waterproofing properties of cement-based mixes while increasing overall durability and performance.

Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR) Latex Emulsion.

Up to 12 months when stored in unopened original packaging under recommended storage conditions.

Approximately 0.85–0.90 kg/L at +25°C.

Application

Apply a thin and even coat of Sika® Form Oil using a brush, roller, or spray before placing concrete. Ensure complete coverage of the formwork surface and avoid excessive application.

Consumption depends on the type and condition of the formwork surface. Typical coverage ranges from 20–40 m² per litre under normal application conditions.

  • Clean the formwork surface thoroughly.
  • Apply a thin, uniform coat.
  • Allow the coating to spread evenly.
  • Pour concrete after application.
  • Remove formwork after concrete has adequately cured.
