Two-component, polymer-modified, cementitious waterproofing and protective slurry mortar for concrete. It is slightly flexible to tolerate fine cracks and suitable in both interior and exterior applications.

Product Details
SikaTop® Seal-107 is a polymer-modified cementitious waterproofing coating developed for protecting concrete and masonry structures against water ingress while providing excellent adhesion and durability.
Two-component polymer-modified cementitious coating.
Up to 12 months when stored in unopened original packaging.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, moisture, and frost.
Application
- Clean the surface thoroughly before application.
- Mix Component A and Component B until a uniform consistency is achieved.
- Apply the first coat using a brush or trowel.
- Allow sufficient drying time before applying the second coat.
- Protect the coating until it has fully cured.
Consumption depends on the surface condition, substrate type, and required coating thickness. Follow the Product Data Sheet for the recommended coverage.
